The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Government Girls Degree College, Harriya, Basti plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of education and institutional processes. Established as per the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC functions as a strategic unit that works towards continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance.
To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the performance of the institution.
To promote quality culture and institutional functioning through participative and transparent practices.
To ensure internalization of quality assurance practices and benchmark achievements.
To prepare for NAAC accreditation and other quality certifications.
Development and application of quality benchmarks and parameters for academic and administrative activities.
Facilitation of a learner-centric environment with technology-integrated teaching.
Collection and analysis of feedback from students, alumni, parents, and other stakeholders.
Organization of workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs.
Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and submission to NAAC.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of academic departments and support services.
